Sending a notice

If something shared or published through ServeGPT (a shared chat, a generated website or another public page) infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with: your contact details; the work you own; the link to the infringing material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent

Eli Riedel, ServeGPT, copyright agent. Email: support@servegpt.org (subject "DMCA"). [Pending: mailing address and registration with the US Copyright Office's DMCA agent directory.]

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the claimant files a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
