Illegal or harmful

Don't use ServeGPT to break the law, or to plan, promote or help with violence, terrorism, human trafficking, weapons of mass harm, or self-harm by others.

Never create, request or share sexual content involving minors. We remove it, close the account and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as US law requires.

Harming people

No harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, stalking, or sexual content about real people without their consent. Don't impersonate others or create deceptive content meant to mislead people about who made it.

Fraud, spam and security

No scams, phishing pages, malware, spam, or attempts to steal accounts or data. Generated websites and shared pages must not imitate real organizations or collect passwords or payment details.

The service itself

Don't try to get around limits, safety features or paid features, overload the service, scrape it, resell access, or use it to build a competing AI model.

High-stakes decisions

Don't rely on ServeGPT alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or emergency decisions, and don't use it to make decisions about people's jobs, credit, housing or legal rights without human review.

Reporting

Use Report on any shared page or chat, or email support@servegpt.org. We review reports promptly and act on content that breaks these rules.
